Musician traveler, percussionist, his trips allowed him to learn differents musical techniques and severals instruments: Indian, oriental and Latin percussions. Matthias works regularly in various bands of the world music, jazz , and fusion bringing exotic tones of his journeys. Matthias learns carnatic percussion instruments from Balakumar Paramalingam and he is disciple of the famous table maestro, Anindo Chatterjee.
